Standard MembershipÂ
Membership price: $50/year
The most basic plan offers official, professional membership to the Association for Early Learning Leaders, and features low-cost, high-quality early childhood training provided by education leader, Smart Horizons. This plan also includes an exclusive monthly member e-Newsletter featuring national resources, tools of the trade, association event updates, and much more.
Standard Plus Membership
Membership price: $150/year Â
The Standard Plus Membership offers all the benefits of the Standard Membership, along with the following:
- Free recorded webinar access led by field experts in training and staff development, curriculum, marketing and enrollment, legal issues, staff recruiting and retention, human resources, technology and social media, health and safety, special needs, and finance and budgeting. (Note that members can earn administrative training hour certificates on archived webinar recordings.)

- Do not have to satisfy minimum participation requirements, even if only one employee desires coverage.
