Workshop accommodations
We think you’ll agree that the Cedar Lodge is a big perk of this 3 day / 4 night workshop retreat.
We will sleep, eat, and have our workshops there together - with some evening excursions, of course.

Prices are all inclusive of the workshops, your stay at the lodge, all meals, and ground transportation.
Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis and will disappear from the registration/workshop product page once booked.

Shared Rooms
There is a shared room option for one group of 2 and one group of 3.
Shared rooms require you to organize a group to attend and pay for the total cost of the room for your entire group upon registration.
We do not plan to assign strangers to shared rooms.

Workshop Sessions
Workshops will be held for 3 days from 9am - 4pm with regular breaks.
The small group allows for all attendees to participate in the sessions together.
Both the workshop sessions and accommodations are held at the Cedar Lodge in Bella Vista, Arkansas from August 27-31, 2023.
Workshop Fees
$1,500 - $2,500 per attendee, all inclusive once you arrive in Arkansas.
All inclusive fees vary based on the room you or your group chooses and features:
- 3 days of workshops
- 4 nights of accommodations in the Cedar Lodge
- All meals and break time snacks and beverages
- Transportation to/from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport (airport code XNA)
- Transportation to post-workshop activities
The workshop and accommodations are in the same location at the Cedar Lodge Arkansas Resort. Considering the intimate nature of the retreat, we invite everyone to share and enjoy the amazing space together.

Travel Info
Attendees should arrive in Bella Vista, Arkansas on August 25 and depart on August 30.
The Northwest Arkansas National Airport (airport code XNA) is only 30 minutes away from the venue. Ground transportation will be provided to/from the airport and to group excursions.
Lodge check in / check out
Attendees may check in to the Cedar Lodge on Day 1 after 3pm.
Check out is Day 5 by 11am.
Anyone who arrives early or stays late due to flight times can wait with workshop facilitators at a nearby location.
Meals
We can accommodate dietary restrictions. Once you register, we will follow up with you to learn what we can do to make the trip more comfortable for you.

Registration
To register, please proceed to the workshop page, submit the information, and complete payment.
If you are registering for a group, only 1 person needs to sign up for all attendees.
Cancellation Policy
Attendees are eligible to receive a refund (less a $250 non-refundable deposit fee) if you notify us 6 weeks before the event.
Cancellations after the deadline are not eligible for a refund, but you may roll the payment forward to another workshop or service.
