Workshop accommodations
We think you’ll agree that the Cedar Lodge is a big perk of this 3 day / 4 night workshop weekend.
We will sleep, eat, and have our workshops there together - with some evening excursions, of course.

Shared Rooms
There is a shared room option for one group of 2 and one group of 3.
Shared rooms require you to organize a group to attend and pay for the total cost of the room for your entire group upon registration.
We do not plan to assign strangers to shared rooms.

Workshop Sessions
Workshops will be held for 3 days from 9am - 4pm with regular breaks.
The small group allows for all attendees to participate in the sessions together.
Both the workshop sessions and accommodations are held at the Cedar Lodge in Bella Vista, Arkansas from April 23-27, 2023.
Workshop Fees
$1,500 - $2,500 per attendee. Fees vary based on the room you or your group chooses.
Fees include:
- 3 days of workshops
- 4 nights of accommodations in the beautiful Cedar Lodge
- 4 nights / 3 days of accommodations in the beautiful lodge
- All meals and break time snacks and beverages
- Transportation to/from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport (airport code XNA)
- Transportation to post-workshop activities
The workshop and accommodations are in the same location at the beautiful Cedar Lodge Arkansas Resort. Considering the intimate nature of the retreat, we invite everyone to share the space together and the fees include both the workshop sessions and accommodations.

Travel Info
Attendees should arrive in Bella Vista, Arkansas on April 23 and depart on April 27.
The Northwest Arkansas National Airport (airport code XNA) is only 30 minutes away from the venue. Ground transportation will be provided to/from the airport and to group excursions.
Lodge check in / check out
Attendees may check in to the Cedar Lodge on April 23 after 3pm.
Check out is April 27 by 11am.
Anyone who arrives early or stays late due to flight times can wait with workshop facilitators at a nearby location.
Meals
We can accommodate dietary restrictions. Once you register, we will follow up with you to learn what we can do to make the trip more comfortable for you.

If you are registering for a group, only 1 person needs to sign up for all attendees.
Cancellation Policy
Attendees are eligible to receive a full refund if you notify us by March 23.
Cancellations attend AFTER March 23 are not eligible for a refund, but you may roll the payment forward to another workshop or service.
